About VRy Airy
VRy Airy is a small, independent shop offering print-on-demand apparel and accessories inspired by VR, gaming culture and playful reality escapes.
All products are designed by Airy & made to order, which means:
No warehouses
No excess inventory
No mountains of boxes to climb in my kitchen (because… I live here)
Using This Site
By using this website, you agree to:
Use it for lawful purposes
Not attempt to break, hack, scrape or otherwise mess with it
Not copy or reuse designs without permission
Basically: Be cool.
Orders & Payments
When you place an order:
You agree that the information you provide (shipping address, payment details) is accurate
Payment is processed at checkout
Orders go into production shortly after purchase
Once production begins, orders can’t be canceled or changed — print-on-demand moves fast.
Made-to-Order Products
Every item at VRy Airy is custom printed just for you using a print-on-demand partner.
This keeps things:
Sustainable
Waste-free
Out of the fast-fashion loop
It also means items are not returnable or exchangeable for sizing choices, color expectations, or last-minute “hmm maybe not” moments.

Shipping & Delivery
Production and shipping times vary depending on the item and destination.
Once your order ships:
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
Shipping delays caused by carriers or weather are outside our control
If your package seems lost, stuck, or suspiciously quiet for too long — contact me and I’ll help investigate.
Problems, Misprints & “Oops” Moments
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or clearly not what you ordered:
Contact me within 14 days of delivery
Include photos or a video
I’ll work with our print partner to make it right — reprint, refund or otherwise fix the glitch.
Product Variations
A few things to know:
Colors may vary slightly from screen to real life
Placement and sizing can vary slightly due to the printing process
These small variations are normal and part of made-to-order production
If something looks way off — that’s different. Let me know.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text and branding on this site belong to VRy Airy (unless otherwise stated).
You may not:
Copy
Reproduce
Sell
Or reuse designs without written permission
Fan energy is welcome. Design theft is not.
Limitation of Liability
VRy Airy isn’t responsible for:
Indirect or incidental damages
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Color differences based on screens
Typing “apt 3” instead of “apt 13” (please double-check addresses)
Liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.
Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time as the shop evolves.
Any changes will be posted here and continued use of the site means you accept them.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, United States of America.
