Returns and Refunds

The Short Version (TL;DR)

  • All items are custom made to order

  • Defects, damage, or printing errors are covered

  • No returns or exchanges for:

    • change of mind

    • sizing issues

    • ordering the wrong item

  • Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery

  • Photos + order info are required

  • Once approved, you’ll receive a replacement or refund

  • Final resolution follows Printify’s production & fulfillment policy

Custom made & printed to order

Your item is made just for you, when you order it.

Every item at VRy Airy is custom made and printed to order: No waste, no excess inventory, and no having to climb over boxes to get into bed (because… I live here).

That’s part of what keeps things sustainable, waste-free, and out of the fast-fashion loop — but it also means we can’t accept returns or exchanges for things like sizing guesses, color vibes, or last-minute second thoughts. 

That said… if something arrives wrong or wonky, we’ve got you.

What Is Covered (a.k.a. When We’ve Got Your Back)

If your item arrives with:

  • A printing error

  • Damage

  • A manufacturing defect

  • The wrong item entirely

You’re covered.

If something isn’t right, we’ll work with Printify to make it right.

What’s Not Covered (The Not-So-Fun Part)

Because items are custom-made, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color differences from screen to screen

  • Change of mind or “It’s not my vibe anymore” moments

(We’ve all been there — we just can’t fix those ones.)

How to Report an Issue

To help things move smoothly, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed and approved, you’ll receive either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund

(Printify handles production and fulfillment, so their resolution guidelines apply.)

We’ll always communicate clearly and keep you in the loop.

Final Boss Notes (a few important things)

  • Items lost or damaged in shipping may be covered — reach out ASAP

  • Refunds or replacements can only be issued after approval

  • We can’t process returns sent back without authorization
